The Acura Client Excellence Award program was developed in 1995 to
recognize Acura dealerships across Canada who are dedicated and
focused on excellence in all areas of their business. The ACE
award is a definitive symbol of excellence and is the direct result
of the entire dealership team working together to exceed customer
expectations. Atlantic Acura is a three-time recipient of the
ACE award - most recently in 2009.
EXCELL
EXCELL (Exceeding Customer Expectation Levels for Life) is
Acura’s brand name for our Quality Management Process.
Our trained employees participate in a quality management solution
comprised of many tools to help our dealership achieve
excellence. EXCELL recognizes dealerships on annual bases
that have been successful in achieving excellence in all aspects of
customer service. Atlantic Acura has been an annual recipient
of the EXCELL program.
Acura Sales
Guild
The Acura Sales Guild is a prestigious title awarded to sales
representatives who meet criteria determined by Acura - criteria
consisting of customer satisfaction, online training and number of
sales during the calendar year. Atlantic Acura is pleased to
announce that all sales representatives are members of the Acura
Sales Guild.
